Sometime, We are using batteries without reason.
For example 18-2 score. if we could change players while the match are playing. We could test youngs players better.

You have done very well Zinny considering English is not your first language I agree, Substitutions could shake up the game a bit and add more variety. To reserve players batteries for another match. Testing new players can help to determine how they react in matches. It would prolong match-play. I feel this could be done if there was a 30 second/ 1 minute halftime break; this could be for players to substitute. I could not see how else this could be done otherwise. If anyone else has any ideas for this, please let us know.

3 subs a game and maybe one 5 second timeout per side (for key substitution timings) would work

I like the idea. I think the best way to implement it, if by placing condition. Like If I'm winning for 5 goals or more and there's left 1 minute of gameplay, substitute X neuron with Y neuron
