Does anyone know how much health affects neuron performance? Do you have 'limits' where you fix the neuron?

I tend to repair mine every time one goes under 95, though I haven't really noticed any difference between a neuron being on 100 or one when I'm just about to repair them.

never repaired mine. worst one is at 74.6% at the time of this post. it seems to give a pretty big impact in performance, as i'm dropping in NWL ranking every day since it was implemented.
as for repair costs, they seem pretty linear. that 74.6% neuron has 8180 credits worth of equipment. (8180-2045)/8180 = 0.75, or 75%. in comparison, another neuron of the same level, but with more expensive equipment(22500 credits total) costs, and which has the same health percentage, costs 5625 credits to repair, with the exact same ratio.
the formula for repair costs appears to be round((100-neuron health))*neuron equipment cost.
